Cours de yoga collectifs en plein air

Vinyasa yoga: dynamic yoga aimed at overall muscular strengthening through a sequence of postures initiated by breathing. The session begins with a few minutes of breathing, joint warm-up and postures, and ends with 5-10 minutes of relaxation.
