Exposition “Résistance, Art, emblèmes et symboles”

This year, France celebrates the 80th anniversary of the Liberation. To mark the occasion, the Musée Départemental de la Résistance Henri Queuille presents its new temporary exhibition "Résistance Art, Emblems and Symbols".
How has the memory of the Resistance shaped the symbols we hold dear in our common imagination? You'll find a selection of emblems and symbols that contribute to our collective memory and local pride, such as the statue of the Chevrier! Also on display is a superb tapestry by Jean Lurçat.
