Récital de violoncelle Marion Frère

The art center reiterates its invitation to cellist Marion Frère, the first musician in this program initiated in 2022, for laureates of the Kriegelstein fund.
Marion Frère is a graduate of the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse de Paris (CNSMDP), where she studied with Marc Coppey.
In 2020, she founded "Les Gabriëles", a chamber ensemble of variable geometry: from duo to sextet to piano trio.
In 2021, she writes her first piece for solo cello, "Baou", which marks a turning point in her career.
In 2024, in the same spirit of decompartmentalization, Marion launched new projects linking classical and electro-acoustic music with cinema. She composed and played, with Balthazar Naturel, for the film "Le dernier KO" by Timothée Catherine.
